Calm morning....

22nd August 2019 (Thursday)      07.00 ....  There’s a  nice peaceful ‘feel’
Kinneuchar loch this morning.

to this morning;  I think I’m feelin’ romantic.... or something.    We have a few clouds around but it looks like being a long sunny spells kind of morning:  rain is forecast for later in the afternoon, so the ‘plan’ is to play in the morning;,  then  sleep .... oops I mean ‘work’ in the afternoon.

09.00   My word .... it is a cracker o’ a mornin’ and I have enjoyed a really good bumble up to Kinneuchar, then home through the Estate, stopping to admire the new work shed that Stewart now works out of/in:  I had to go that way because there was a lorry unloading stuff at the new house being built next to George’s residential HQ.    I got some good loch photographs.... at least I think they should be good, but I haven’t sorted them out yet.
Quiet corner of the loch.
Must ‘go’.... slight panic ‘on’ this morning;  it’s Janice’s Birthday tomorrow and I have to post her card.  In fact I have to buy it:  I have a card in the house but it’s more suitable for ‘JB’ than Janice.    For some obscure reason I always think Janice’s birthday is on the 26th (Aug).  This means that I’m probably missing someone’s birthday that is on the 26th!   That’s ma boy.

16.00    The panic situation was solved.... though I wouldn’t say ‘nae bother’.   Ian advised using the PO in Anstruther, so I promptly ‘bought and wrote’ then bumbled along to Anstruther;  it should be in Uckfield ‘ra morra’.     Happy bunny again.    I enjoyed morning coffee in Harbour House.

19.30    The rain arrived as predicted, but it is forecast to clear away overnight:  tomorrow’s weather for our area is .... ‘sunny intervals with a fresh wind’:    could be a
good drying day.   I don’t have anything ‘planned’ for tomorrow, but if it’s bonnie first thing I’ll go out on the bike early,.... go to Harbour House, then potter around
A few of the lochside houses.
Ivy for the remainder of the day.  Maybe even the weekend.

I am really chuffed with the photographs I got of the loch over that past couple of days:  I had a browse through them (178) this afternoon.    They’ll give me something to ‘play’ with on a cold winter night.   When I think about I must have more than 500 ‘Kinneuchar loch photographs taken over the past few months.    Over the years?..... a lot.    Did I mention winter? ..... forget that;  it’s going to be warm, hot even, this weekend.    Sunny Sussex is going to be really warm.... a chance of 30c.
