20.00 It's been a nice day, albeit cool; but not the kind of damp cool you get off the North Sea, It was too breezy for me going biking so the bike never left the shed. I checked and topped up the car tyre pressures, but will do the bike tomorrow. The weather is going to be much as it was today .... with the same wind direction but with less velocity. And it's to be warm. It was warm today, as long as you were sheltered from the wind. After morning coffee I handed in my prescription, and go to the paper shop.
For some reason the villages are busy; it looks like it's some kind o' holiday. It's good that the villages are busy , but it seem earlier than usual. The Easter weekend starts on the 18th April (Good Friday).

Balcarres Estate is always bonnie, even without leaves on the trees. The car is useful for getting up there, but unhandy when it comes to stopping to take photos. It is after all a 'working' Estate. Once the weather settles down (warmer and less windy) I'll be able to bike up. Anyway it was good being up there again. I didn't stay very long, because I was parked up in a 'passing place' for tractors, but long enough to get some photos of 'Sarah'.
21.45 Calumn (my ex Craw's Nest apprentice) phoned from Brazil to let me know that he, and Karen
are coming home, for a holiday, at Easter time. They have settled in fine in Brazil but are looking forward to coming in to catch up with all the Cellardyke news. I'm looking forward to seeing him again, having missed him going out to Brazil, as I had that bug at the time.According to Sean (Batty) the STV weather man, Leven and Methil are going to be the warmest places in Scotland tomorrow. Even warmer than the 'Royal Burgh'! That can't be right!
