Cloud with sunny spells .... .....

6th April 2026 (Monday)       09.45 .... It's a nice, quiet kind of morning;  joggers joggin', golfers

golfin'.... a bonnie morning to be out and about.     There's only a light, breeze so it's cool but not cold;  I might actually venture up to the phone box to get a few shots of the golf course.    Although not a great ';drying day' I'm going to put a washing out;  that's the 'work' bit for today.

16 30    This has been a lovely Spring day, and I have been busy.   I decided to have a daunder to the phone box, but, feeling good, I went up to the seat at the 17th green.   The golf course was busy, it was a warm sunny day, and I was out with the camera,  and enjoying being out.

This is Easter Monday so the road was busy with holiday traffic.   Actually I've seen cars go down Ferry Road with bikes on the back, and suitcases on the roof rack.   Could this be holidaymakers starting their holiday today.   There's no doubt about it, Elie and Earlsferry are holiday destinations nowadays.

I'm going to have a pre dinner coffee out in 'The Hutte'.... and I'll check on how the washing.   Funnily enough, although there isn't much of a drying wind, it was drying when I checked it a couple of hours ago.   And 'Blob' will be looking for his afternoon snack!

22.00   Up to now I have been switching the Photo Frame 'Off' at night, then switching it 'On' in the morning.   Today I decided to read the 'rools', and found that the default setting has the Photo Frame 'Sleeping' from 23.00 - 07.00 next morning;  near enough the same times that I have been using.   I don't have to switch it Off' at all!    I'm going to stay awake until 23.00 to see what happens.  I imagine that the screen will just..... switch 'Off';  as like it does when I press the On/Off switch.

I have enjoyed myself today;  it's amazing what a change of weather can do.    I saw the weather
forecast for the next few days, and it looks like we could have a few proper Spring days.   Tomorrow I might venture to Leven and Methil and go shopping.   I'l see how I feel in the morning:  probably tired after staying 'up' to watch the Frame switching itself 'Off'.

I will now finish this update by thanking Marcia for picking up the garden rubbish that was left lying on the road, and pavement, after the bucket was emptied.    "Thank You Marcia" xxx!

Today's photos:  all taken on my daunder up to Alex Cook's seat at the 17th Green.
