Bonnie sunrise sky ....

17th January 2024 (Friday)    10.15 .... It was a quiet kind of morning, so went down to the

beach to catch the sunrise (08.32) sky.  There was a breeze but not much and I was well wrapped up.   Anyway I got a load of 'sunrise' time' photos.... and had my exercise for the morning!   I am now ready for morrrrrrning coffee.

17.00     This has been a mostly grey day;  in fact sunrise, and sunset time were the best  bits.  So it could be e brighter day tomorrow.

Work continues at the Ferry Road sub station and the trench has been reopened right across the road;  the bit on the East side has a cover over the filled in trench to allow the traffic to pass reasonably 'bump' free.

I was wondering how I was going to get any messages to my door, but the traffic management workmen reset the lights etc. for the weekend, leaving a couple of parking places.   This cheered me up, so I went to Ainster Store and did a wee bit of shopping.    I just wanted to go somewhere on what had been a gloomy day.   It's mystery as to why they are doing this.   I might feel brave on Monday (or stay awake) and find out!     I'll take a few photos of the trench etc 'ra morra'!

22.30    My wander to the beach at sunrise time was enjoyable.... and I was surprised to find  that my breathing was better than I expected.    When the sky clouded over I had to use the bloo inhaler a couple o' times.

I've just been reading that the upper stage of  SpaceX's (Elon Musk's Company) Starship Rocket,
suffered a "rapid unscheduled disassembly" not long after it separated from the booster.   It exploded!    Why not say that?    The bottom bit (the booster) landed back on it's launch pad as planned:  actually it's amazing watching that happen.

The 'plan' is to get up before sunrise time to catch the sunrise again (if it looks promising).   The weather forecast is for tomorrow to slightly cooler and brighter than it was today!.
