Nice morrrrrrrning ....
21st November 2025 (Friday) 09.50 .... After a cold night (-2.2c) we have bright, and chilly,
morning with some light cloud, a light breeze..... and sunny spells. It will be cold on the beach .... and golf course. I plan on going for a run round the villages in the car after morning coffee: I'm feeling less sluggish than I was yesterday, but I suspect I'll spend a lot of the day asleep in my chair.
15.15 My word.... i there's a change on wi' the weather.: the sky has clouded over from the West and there's a rawness to the wind that makes it feel much colder than it actually is. The thermometer got up to 5C in the afternoon, but it felt more like 1C.
My feeling 'less sluggish' today didn't last long; by morning coffee time I was feeling ; fatigued is the in word. I thought you had to do something physical to become fatigued; in which case I became 'fatigued' getting out of bed!
After morning coffee, and after Alice had phoned to say that she and Izzy were wondering if I fancied going out for lunch: which I decided to 'pass' on because I am still having after effects of the jab. I should begin to feel brighter tomorrow. Anyway where was I?.... oh aye; after morning coffee and Alice phoning, I went up to Chapel Green to get a couple of photies for the blog.
Chapel Green was very quiet. And the camera didn't have a card in it. So I went back to Ivy, got the card and went up to the 'paper shop', bought a couple of items and a paper, then went home by way of Chapel Green, to get the photies I didn't get on my first visit! It was too cold to go to the harbour!
The villages are quiet today; which is understandable considering the cold air. There was one person
on the beach when I was at Chapel Green. And only another couple of people went round Chapel green.I'm now going to feed 'Blob' and Co then make myself a hot cup o' tea.
