Light rain .....
3rd November 2025 (Monday) 09.30 .... we have light rain with the chance of sunny spells
just now; but the light rain is to be more prolonged in the afternoon. That means any sunny spells in the after noon will be short ones. It's much warmer this morning; 13.4C when I checked the thermometer half an an hour ago.
19.15    As you can see from today's photies I've been 'out and about;  just to Elie, then home by way of Kinneuchar.   Oh... and I went down to the harbour;  the first time I've been down there for a number of weeks.
The bots have been 'craned out' but I knew I'd miss that because i was 'under the weather.
I met Rosie up in Elie and had a good catch up chat about History Society stuff.   It's the History Society coffee morning on Wednesday at the Pavilion:   I might go to that, but it depends on how I'm feeling.   This morning  I got up 'rarin' tae go'. .... In fact I remember saying to myself..."don't over do the work today".   By 13.00 I was ready for a siesta.    I tire really easily just now.   Anyway I spent the afternoon tidying up in the kitchen.... and resting.
It was quiet at the harbour.   The boats are all neatly set up on the pier, for winter.   I'll get some  photies of individual boats the next time I venture down there.   It was high tide and there was a bit of a breeze but it wasn't cold.   It has actually been a nice day, but light rain came across late in the afternoon.   It was 'damp' when I was out at the bin a wee while ago.
I'm going to make a cuppa, and find something to watch on the tele.   It will be an early night in bed again tonight!
22.15    It has been remarkably mild today;  and is to be mild again tomorrow.    In fact it's going to be a sunny and warm day, so I hope to be more active.    It's tiredness that's getting to me now;   after about 4 hours I am well ready for a long cat nap.    The Nurse did tell me to sleep when I'm tired, so that is what I'm doing.   I don't like being inactive though.
I got a few decent photies today;  three of which I've used today.   I must have a browse through theothers to see  what I have.   I'll leave that until tomorrow;  right now it's Horlicks time.
