Lovely morrrrrrrrning ....
15th June 2025 (Sunday) 08.30 .... The sky is rapidly clearing to "sunny intervals with a
moderate breeze", after yesterdays spell of much needed, rain, .... and the air is fresher after the rain. We have a lovely morning, and I am feeling almost playful: not quite 100% yet, but definitely on the mend. And, looking forward to having breakfast.18.40 I've had a good day in the garden; jobs that Iain and I meant to do before the scooter was delivered; but we ended up with a the 'bug'. Anyway, I think the only thing I need now is a kerb ramp. That said the delivery bloke drove it (the scooter) in straight off the pavement and round to the patio: but I'm not as skilled as he is, so it will be easier for me to get on to the road with a kerb ramp. I'll see what Iain says when he gets back from Dorset. I'm not in a great hurry to admit to having to use a Mobility Scooter.... but I'm looking forward to scuttling round the villages.
22.30 It has been a lovely evening; in fact at one point I set off, to go up to the seat at the 17th green, but there must be something in the air that agitated the auld tubes because I had to use the 'bloo' inhaler. I never reached the seat, in fact I didn't go further than the other side of Ferry Road. Funny thing is I've felt 'good' all day. Anyway I've done a fair amount of work so I'm happy.
No plan for tomorrow.... it will another day pottering around Ivy, until I feel 100%. I'll try to finish the wee bit I want to do to the garden. "Sunny intervals with a fresh Westerly breeze" is the weather forecast.... so a bonnie day ahead. In fact the weather forecast for the next few days is 'good' ... it will be 'morning coffee outside' weather.
