Nice, misty morning ....

16th October 2025 (Thursday)     09.15 .... Although the sky is overcast just now, the sun is

trying hard to break through.    "Sunny intervals with a light breeze" is the weather forecast for KY9.    We should have a bonnie afternoon.     I'm going to have another cuppa before my appointment with Laurie (Nurse).

12.30     It's a lovely sunny day day now, But there is a chilly air.  After my appointment with Laurie I went out to Woodhaven to see what was happening out there.   The first thing I noticed was the house nearest the Woodhaven Car Park is being demolished.    I must look up the planning site to see what style of house is going to be built in it's place.

I nearly forgot;  Laurie told me that Gill, the  Asthma Nurse, has retired;  and has been replaced by 'Jennifer'.    Anyway where was I? .... Woodhaven Car Park.   I took a few photographs , then went to the 'Paper Shop'  where I bought a paper, one of my 'five a day' (Cherry Cake) and milk for the Cornflakes.

As it was, and still is,  a lovely day I came home by way of Balbuthie ans Kinneuchar.   Kinneuchar was looking good from the Balbuthie Road.   The countryside is in 'resting mode';  waiting for the leaves to go into their Autumn colours .... then drop off.    Winter isn't far away now:  You can feel it (Winter) in the air today.

18.30     It''s really chilly tonight... and damp so it feels really raw.    Rain isn't sue to reach us until Sunday.
Ferry Road has been busier than usual today;  must be school holidays in another part of the UK.

We (The Team') are booked for lunch at the Leven Golf Club tomorrow;  unfortunately. although I'm 'on the mend' I've got a horrible cough., and won't be fit enough to go.  I like the Leven Golf Club, but I don't think they'd like me with this cough.   I'll stay in and warm for another couple o' days.   Leven Golf Club was 'the plan' for tomorrow:  that and Kirsty's mystery tour on the way home.

I don't understand why politicians are creating such a noise about China 'spying' on us.   Probably to
make us take our eye off the state of the UK finances just now.  And there's a Budget coming soon!  Politicians seem to be more interested in making enemies than friends.
