Dreich morning ....
1st November 2025 (Saturday) 10.45 ..... There's rain blowing through on a brisk breeze, so not a very Strathairly House. pleasant start to the day. At the moment it looks like the sun could break through to give us 'sunny spells and light rain. The air is colder (only 8.9C on the patio 10 minutes ago) which probably explains why I'm not quite 'bright eyed and bushy tailed' this morning. This could be a day to browse the 'Albert Archive' .... looking for Muircambus Mill dam photies. Ferry Road is busy with cars just now; I don't think they're holiday makers going to the beach! I won't be going further than the front gate; and the patio thermometer! 20.30 The dreich morning cleared up to give us 'sunny spells' until later in the afternoon when squally showers arrived.
