Bright and breezy ....
14th October 2026 (Wednesday) 09.30 .... It's a nice, fresh morning; but cloud is moving in
from the West and rain is mentioned in the weather forecast. The washing we left out last night is drying, and should be dry long before the rain arrives.
John had come in, in after his morning walk with the camera; hopefully with a batch of photographs for me to play with! Me? .... I fed 'Blob'. My next mission is to download the photies that 'JB' got this morning: he has been out to the lighthouse.
14.30 The sun has broken through, so 'JB' is off to Chapel Green with the camera; I'm going up to The Hutte to do a Soduko. John got some bonnie photographs at sunrise time; all the way from the beach out to the Lady's Tower and the lighthouse. The light was excellent, and ever changing; it always is, but more noticeable at sunrise time.
John and I were sitting in the Hutte in the early afternoon, and were surprised to see a Red Admiral butterfly in the garden. There was a strong wind, and it was cold at the time; not butterfly weather.
We had to have a cuppa after the butterfly surprise, and John decided if it was good enough for a butterfly yo be out, he would go up to Chapel Green with the camera. I decided to stay in the Hutte to finish off a Soduko.... and have a catnap.
19.30 It has been a good day for 'JB' being out with the camera; I have loads of photos to keep me occupied tomorrow.... and for a more few days if necessary. Tomorrow we intend going to the 'Fudge Doughnut' factory in Cupar factory in Cupar (Fisher and Donaldson). I'll be me on the camera tomorrow; taking photos from the car.
The weather forecast for tomorrow is not promising: we're to have rain moving in tonight, and it's to be with us most of the day.
