..... 10.30 Mmmmmm.... we’ve had snow
flurries overnight but it vanishes as soon as it lands so isn’t a problem
here;

however a van passed just now
with plenty of snow on the roof, so we’re lucky.... Crowborough, which is higher
will have a real wintry look. Michael
and Janice are orf on a mission, so I am i/c “No 1” .... kettle ‘on’ methinks.
21.30 The weather never improved but that didn’t
matter ‘cos we had the Six Nations Rugby on the TV.... Ireland v Italy (Ireland
won 63 - 10 ) and Wales v England which England won 21 – 16.

whale stranding at the Farewell Spit makes sad viewing; but it is a place where they get ‘trapped
and disorientated’ every year. ‘M’
and I visited and did the Farewell Spit tour, with Linda had Trevor, ‘M’s

fantastic place for nature lovers, but the ‘Spit’ does create a long, and
dangerous, hazard for whales.
