Light frost ....
4th
December 2018 (Tuesday)
.... 09.15 We have a light frost giving
us
a lovely, crisp morning; a perfect morning
for being out and about. The beach was very peaceful.... and
fairly busy. The sun appeared over the Lammermuirs at
08.28 this morning and was, more or less, a replay of yesterday’s sunrise. Beautiful.
I’m hungry.
08.28. |
16.00 I’ve
been a busy boy while waiting for the DPD van:
which is happening between 17.27 and 18.27. Having
found out the delivery time, just after lunch, I went to Leven to get my
haircut (the Hairdresser was too busy so I didn’t) and go to Sainsbury’s for
some light shopping. I’ve got an appointment in Leven on Thursday
so I’ll get the haircut then. Driving into
the sun, (it’s low in the sky at this time of year), is not pleasant; but, I don’t want the alternative.....
clouds.
This
morning I joined Jim and Myra for coffee in ‘the Deli’; then sorted some pictures for the cards; the ones that
I’ll print off after the DPD delivery.
I think I deserve a cuppa after all this decision making.

Jim
is coming down tonight; we usually talk
about ‘things local’. And, we might
even put the world to rights in the passing. Mind you I don’t we could sort out the
Brexit thing. Actually
I’d better go and get the kettle on; Jim will be here in a wee
while.
It was cauld doon at the hrabour. |
My
activities for tomorrow?.... well I’ll print off some more Christmas cards,
take ‘time out’ to go to Harbour House, and see what the weather is like before deciding if I’ll go up to Chapel Green
etc.
